All is quiet on the Lone Star Stories front. I still need one story and one poem, so if anyone reading this has a Texas-related tale or a set of verse (or is a Texan or former Texan), I'd love to see your work.

On the writing end of my world, I've written 2 flash fiction pieces, 2 poems, and 1600 words on my next shared world story since June 26th, so I'm feeling productive.

At present, 53 stories and poems of mine are in the submission cycle, and I even submitted a fantasy/horror photo to an online magazine. I'm not sure why I sent the photo. A whim I suppose. I'll be interested to see if I get anything other than a form rejection for it.
