Well, surprise, surprise....

1. Potential breaches and overflow of the levees are apparently discussed. (So U wonder, does that mean that Bush lied when he said it couldn't have been anticipated?)

2. Brownie actually doesn't look as stupid as he later appeared....so clearly that means he was grossly incompetent, not dumb. If he KNEW of the risks and was so unprepared...

3. Bush's promise of resources to the affected states "during and after" the storm rings so ironic now...

What a coup for the Associated Press...but what I want to know is why have we never heard of these meetings or of these tapes until now, so many months later? And who knew they existed and what was discussed in them? And the $64,000 question...Will America care?
