1. Comfort beverage -- Top Shelf Margarita...or hot green tea with honey.

2. Comfort chair -- I don't have one anymore. My former loveseat...now a permanent resident at Stodgy Southern Seminary. It was perfect for napping.

3. Comfort read -- Kensington Books...the beach read trash book publisher for the gay community. Mindless, fun fiction featuring guys with firm pecs and silly problems.

4. Comfort television/DVD/music -- TV? Cash in the Attic on BBC America (I have a total crush on former host Alistair Appleton); DVD? Vicar of Dibley DVDs; Music? Naked Boys Singing CD or U2's Unforgettable Fire.

5. Comfort companion(s) -- There is dear woman in my church, she was on my search committee, and has been a real supporter for my whole time here. She is the most companionable human in a 5 mile radius.
