So yeah, it's been awhile. What can I say, I've been obsessed with playing Final Fantasy X! I never finished the game because I got stuck. So, when I was sick, I stayed in bed and I started playing. 47 hours later, I've come to the end of the game and now I'm just getting pissed off at the damn thing so I've stopped. Hence the reason I'm posting! ;)

I've also been snatching up some time to continue writing the story I started a couple of months ago. I decided to completely delete what I started and start fresh. I'm really getting into the one I'm writing now. It's getting really meaty and good. :D I will not tell anyone what my story is about until at long last it is finished. I also will not let anyone read it until it is finished. No point in getting someone started in a story and have to wait for the author to finish it right?

It has actually been a dream of mine to publish a book. Well I'm not getting any younger and it's time to achieve that dream. There's no better time than now. Besides, once I'm in vet school it's vet school and nothing else. I'm hoping to have it done before I hit vet school.

I stayed up rather late last night writing. It was so much fun knowing that I was involving myself that much in the story. I had finally decided it was time to put the computer down and sleep. So I tried. "Tried" is the operative word here. I didn't succeed so much. I had a horrible night sleeping because all I could think about was how I wanted my story to go.

Berek has been very supportive. :D He's totally understanding when it comes to creativity. He didn't make a fuss or anything because I plastered myself to the little I-book the entire night after we got home from taking advantage of the semi-annual sale at Bath and Body Works. (That's the only time we go shopping for hand soaps and body washes now. The sale is that good, we stock up heavily to last us until January when they have their next sale.) He went to bed while I plunked on the keyboard in the bedroom. I love you sweetie! :D

So that's pretty much what I've been up to. Yeah I know, to everyone else it's not very exciting, but to me, it's the most excited I've been in awhile.
