Relaxed and Well-Exercised!

I'm so serious about my losing weight (particularly before the wedding), that I've successfully incorporated a work-out that goes a little further than walking.

Today I went swimming! An untapped resource right outside my apartment. It was WAAAY cold, but you know what? As soon as I got in the pool and started swimming, I was fine. I was in the pool doing some cardio and muscle strenthening exercises for about 30 minutes. After which, I came back inside popped on my newly formed IPOD Yoga mix and did 30 minutes of Yoga. I feel really great! I'm relaxed and I'm really enjoying my time to myself today. :) Heck, the boyz even stayed out of my way for once. Especially, when I did the lion's breath exercise. :D

Now, I'm thinking of doing some crafts for myself (yay no school!). Either drawing, scrapbooking (with what little I have), or beading. Then in a while I will make Cajun Red Snapper and have a nice salad and perhaps watch a movie. :)

Unfortunately, Berek probably won't be home until late because he has overtime tonight, but I think I'll be okay. Besides, I have to make some phone calls tonight. :)
