So, things are going pretty good. Among other things, I did get paid and it is Friday! Woot!

I have to go to my parents house today because I have to clear out some of my stuff that I've been storing there. I have a couple of boxes of stuff that I haven't seen since I moved 3 years ago. I think a good portion of it can be given away for charity. So I'm doing that for a couple of hours tonight, plus I think I might do a load of laundry while I'm there so that I don't have to scrounge for clothing over the weekend. :)

Time this week has been completely MIA! I've been reading like there has been no tomorrow studying for a quiz that I actually did poorly on. (More on that later.) Plus, I've got classes two of five nights a week which means a lot suffers with the loss of those hours. For example, the coffee table has been building up with generic 'stuff'. Things that I should've taken a moment to put away, but couldn't because I was completely engrossed with finishing the reading that I had to have done, before Wednesday and Thursday!

Saturday is going to be insane. I'm going to my parents house in the morning to work on sorting through my stuff some more, but also to get a hefty amount of laundry done. (Hopefully, my mom doesn't mind...) I also have an appointment at 1 o'clock to get my taxes done, so I'll run off to do that and then come back. After which, I'll resume my tasks. Then around 5 p.m., I'll need to head back home and possibly make a quick run to the market for a veggie platter and other healthy snacks, because we're having a superhero themed movie night with my friend Liz. She was originally going to be the host of the movie night, but her friends' grandmother (they're all siblings) is in the hospital. So they all had to cancel and it would've just been me. Berek wondered if maybe we could have it at the apartment so that he and Ben could join in it. I asked and that's what shall happen. (Fortunately, Berek will be able to work on the living room while I'm away at my parent's house. Otherwise that would suck since the place looks like a tornado hit it. :)

Now, let's look back at what happened on that quiz that I did poorly on. I had 5 full chapters to read in Child Development 2. Not a problem, I finished it...however, when it comes to school, I tend to need more than reading from the text. I need lecture. This will supplement the informational holes I have in my memory. Well, that's not what happened. I knew it wasn't going to happen. *sigh* So I got 3 out of 10 answers right! That is so not me! Then again, this so isn't a normal CD class! For someone who instructs us on how to be flexible and rely on sensory perception when educating children...she is a hypocrite to the max man! Anyway, it wasn't a good night. I never do that badly, not even on a first quiz. I sat there that night in class, trying to figure out what I did wrong. I seriously read every page...some pages twice when I didn't think I understood something. Honestly, my feelings are that there was too much material for me to absorb in a week. Take that and the fact that I'm working full-time and I have another class to prepare for makes matters much worse! Anyway, I was pissed Wednesday night. I could hardly fall asleep I was so mad.

Enough of that though, I'm over it. There were other things that happened in class that aren't as important. I just needed to put that in here just to say I did. Now that it's in here, I don't have to ever think about it again.

Sunday is going to be my mostly free day. It's going to probably have more laundry involved as well as cleaning, but I'll be able to squeeze some leisure time in there. :) Woot!
