I have been working on this piece for the past 5 hours! Whew! I am finally finished with the first part of it. I will post it here so that you can see it before I put water to it. Yep, that's right, water. The pencils I used are watercolor pencils which mean that they are water soluble, which means I can get a watercolor look to this piece. I'm a little weary considering how long and hard I worked on it, but it was just an experiment to begin with so we'll see. :)

I'm noticing that there must've been some gunk on the scanning glass because on his right cheek (our left) there's some orange gunk...oy! Ah well.
