So, on Monday we had an appointment with a florist. She is in Newbury Park and I think she's absolutely fabulous! My mom likes her and I think Berek does too. There are some pretty stressful issues going on though and unfortunately, I don't think it's appropriate to post them here. I'll just say that Berek and I were practically ripping our hair out the other day!

I'm thinking that I'd like to go with this florist because she really knows how to handle my mom and she definately understands that I'm desperately trying to get what I want despite the obstacles. Plus, I think she's a really fun lady and I know that I'll have great florals for my wedding if I choose her! :D

Yesterday, our invitations had arrived. They are gorgeous! I love them! Me, Berek and my mom picked them out and my mom and I worked on the wording for them along with the other minor details. They are perfect! I can't wait for Berek to see them. :)

Things are moving right along with the wedding preparations. I'm excited, but after all the hoopla earlier this week, I'm stressed and scared. Things are going to get difficult before long and I may just lose my mind!!

Ah well, such is the wedding planning.

I worked with Val yesterday with regards to my dress. I think I'll be doing some more idea searching for those details that will make my dress the most perfect custom dress ever! No one will ever have a dress like mine...ever! :D I'm excited about this! I've got a great woman working on my dress!
