The good news is that the turn-around time on that submission was significantly faster than the advertised 1-2 months.

The bad news is that they passed, at least partially because it was "too complete," although she was nice enough to say that she "enjoyed it and found it well written."

I guess this means I may have to actually write the rest of the story one of these days.
