I'm typing this in the Apple store's internet cafe, in downtown Chicago. It's pitch-black outside, but all the trees are drapped with sparkling white lights, and live music fills the air. We just got back from ogling the dinosaur skeletons in the Field Museum, and guess what? I found something online that made me very very happy:

The Table of Contents for Flytrap 2 is up! Yes! My story is official! :) Or something like that.... I just started reading Flytrap 1, which I'm enjoying a lot, and it's making me even more excited about getting to be part of Flytrap 2.

Now back to the hotel for a feast of leftovers. It's been a very good holiday!
