Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

It is a lazy day around the homestead. I take care of Bailey's needs so he is a happy camper.

Sunshine and warm temperatures are the day's outlook.

I took care of the birds. The hummingbirds have emptied their feeder. I took it down and cleaned it up and made up some fresh sugar water. I put in less red food coloring. With Michael's assistance I put the feeder back up. In no time the birds are back and feeding.

I did some gardening with watering all the plants and the garden. I tied up more of the tomato plants and pruned the dead leaves. I see more blossoms. Maybe we will have more tomatoes in our future.

I finally finished my current book and have begun another. I love the time I get to read. I also love that my darling husband does not mind too much that the housework does not get done until I have finished my book.
