Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

With all that has gone on this last week, I am bushed. I feel emotionally and physically tired. I am glad I am giving myself a day off between walks. Although yesterday's walk was broken up into intervals and was a total of 30 minutes with no hills.

Today, I am reading and just taking it easy. Puttering around the house and watching movies with Michael.

Since everyone weighed in on the circulation thought I had and expressed that it was probably my sinuses, I have been paying attention and yes, I do feel it is my sinuses that is giving me the odd feeling. I will have to begin taking my medication for allergies and see if that helps. Maybe I need to start back with my netti pot as that seemed to help my nose and sinuses.

It is hard to believe that it has been a week since the explosion. The neighborhood has been quiet and all the tenants are glad about that. The father of the former tenant came by today to get the tenant's car. Tomorrow the dad has arranged with the housing authority to get into the apartment and move out his son's things.

Now the mending of the apartment will begin. I do so hope we get some good neighbors this time around.
