Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

"Managing the power of choice, with all its creative and spiritual implications is the essence of the human experience. All spiritual teachings are directed toward inspiring us to recognize that the power to make choices is the dynamic that converts our spirits into matter, our words into flesh. Choice is the process of creation itself. Make your choices wisely, because each choice you make is a creative act of power for which you are held responsible." - Caroline Myss, page 132 from her book "Anatomy of the Spirit"

This seems like it has been one of the longest weeks ever.

I have had major bouts of panic. Yesterday I lost my balance outside and nearly hit my head on the stoop if it hadn't been for Michael coming to my rescue.

Also yesterday I had a major panic attack at the laundromat and had to call Michael to come to the laundromat. His being there and taking my medications helped me to calm down.

Here it is Saturday and I have things to do but I do not feel like doing anything except watching movies with Michael or reading my book.

I know, I know, this too shall pass, but, right now it seems like there is no tomorrow that will be different.

I even started my day with "Good morning Goddess, what kind of fun are we going to have today?"

Thinking this might get me off on the right foot, I did kind of smile but then the dark curtains came down.

I'm trying not to whine but I can't seem to get back to where I was feeling good. I will be seeing my P-doc next week and I have my questions ready for him.

"I expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again." - William Penn, English entrepreneur and philosopher
