Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

Washington Calling, Again

Tuesday
Maiden Moon in Pisces

Once again, Washington is calling. I've had five calls from them. The first four I ignored and let my phone handle them, the fifth call I answered and there was nothing but silence so I hung up. Since then, I have not had a call since then. I wonder when they will get it that I'm not interested in what they are selling.

Bailey and I have been napping the afternoon away. It felt good. But now the afternoon has passed me by. At least I got a few things done this morning and Bailey's litter box was cleaned out. I didn't get to it yesterday. I hate it when I don't get to that.

I renewed the short stories of Hemingway again. I'm not even half way through the book yet. I don't know why it is taking me so long to get through it. The stories are short but some don't hold my interest.

The horrid neighbor is loudly talking to where we can hear him through the wall. He has been on a roll since yesterday. It's enough to make me anxious. I wonder what his problem is.

Well, I will leave the neighbor to himself, and read some stories tonight. No more naps until it is bedtime. What a ho-hum day.
