Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

A Hot Summer Day

The sun is out today again. I didn't catch the news last night but I know from previous nights it is supposed to be a hot day here being in the 70s and triple digits over the hill.

Yesseree Bob, it is gorgeous out. Michael and I walked over to the library. I feel the effects of one of my new medications and I feel like I'm in a wad of cotton.

Cotton or not, I kept walking and Michael didn't fuss about the slow rate of speed I was going. I walked the round trip which is about a mile.

Michael picked up debris in the road. My biker guy always thinking about what if a bike (motorcycle) hit that.

We did look around the library a bit but I did get away without checking our a book. Hooray for me. I kept thinking of me and that I have taken up a book I began several months back and I want to finish it.

Anyway, being in the sunshine with a fresh ocean breeze blowing over us.

Life is good.
