Words-of-Mine

No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.

I look forward to my day of rest. It is fun to hang out in my jammies, watch Meet the Press and followed up by a show about California agriculture, California Bountiful. I'm having trouble with the link but you can find it on FB and You Tube.

Then my day is spent reading my latest book. However, since I feel I am over the 24 hour stomach ailment of Friday, I may get out to the little ground patch on my back patio and pull some weeds. I do grow good weeds and grass. Not sure what kind of grass but it is growing well. Although it looks messy at the moment.

Here is a pot of delight, my rosemary in flower:

And then, whilst on a walk this week instead of being in a meditative pose I looked up this time and what a pretty sight. I have never seen one of the palms (?) in bloom:

It Pays to Look Up

It's been a fairly good week. I have had two mornings where it wasn't total dread to meet a new day.

The pysch doc is pleased with my weaning results from the medications I have been taking.

I did get in six days of walking. Saturday not feeling quite tip top I was still able to get out. I thought maybe the walking might help. Although I am feeling better today.

A little fresh air anyone?
