The laces are just ribbon. I couldn't wait to try it on! I think I need a hat though. ; )

Did some work on Bob's coat today too. Found I didn't read the directions closely enough. I wasn't supposed to put the whole body together just yet. : \ I WAS NOT going to take out those sleeves. So to get the interfacing on the front opening, I just took out most of the shoulder seam. Consequently the interfacing isn't as smooth as it could have been. Oh well.

The pockets are attached and the flaps finished separately and pinned in place for now. Tomorrow I'll try to get the cuffs and sleeve flaps done. Tomorrow, I hope, the trim will get here! I think the UPS man is avoiding me. : (
