Olympic Moments, part 13

What we didn't see. In the course of the women's pole vault, there was a brief glimpse of one of the athletes being hauled off on a medical cart. The announcer says that the competition was held up for a half hour because the woman broke her leg in her attempt. But they didn't show the attempt. Show it, already! We're all aboard for the thrill of victory, but the agony of defeat is part of the show, too. You don't think that NASCAR got so popular by cutting the crashes out of the highlight reel, do you?
