This morning I fell witness to an injured bird being chased into the pool by a bag of Marbles and nearly drowning. After much excitement (mostly on my part), the bird was fished out of the pool with the help of a tall man who was awoken from a deep sleep and a random neighbor who had all the right equipment.

Good karma for all involved today.

Tomorrow we will rehabilitate butterflys. :)
