Flats are hard to notice on very small tires.
Flat is rarely a good thing to be:
flat broke
flat busted
flat lined
flat as a pancake
flat footed
flat assed
flat (as in non-fizzy)
flat headed

soon i'll just be full of hot (compressed) air.
