34 minus 31 equals 91.5

The major Liberal-National coalition tax announcement at the beginning of the campaign was that it would hand back $34b to voters over its visible tax horizon.

The 'matching' Labor tax announcement on Friday was $31b. The main tool added into the tax toolbox was a 50% rebate on school-aged children's educational expenses for certain qualifying families.

The Liberal's Federal Treasurer pointed out that the Labor policy was 91.5% the same as the Government's. "... if he'd have brought his exam paper in after copying 91.5 per cent of the answers from the student sitting next to him he would have got an f for fail."
