In a post some while back, I said that I was going to write for the National Novel Writing Month (www.NaNoWriMo.org).

I really wanted to complete 50,000 words in the month. I did not get to 50,000.

Some would say I failed; some would say I succeeded... in writing 33,333. (Actually, my credited total was 33,347.)

I could offer several plausible excuses. In the end it amounted to too much time doing unproductive things, as far as the novel was concerned.

What started out as a 'thriller' ended up being a love story. Take a moment to read the snippets in the "Novel Info" tab. See here.

I've marked the calendar for '09.
