A bust of President George W Bush... made of what?

The cartoonist in the Canberra Times newspaper, Ian Sharpe, today offered this comment on the life and recent times of US President George W Bush.

Bureaucrat: We wish to commission a bust of President George W Bush that not only captures his likeness but also his intrinsic qualities. What materials would you use? Stone, marble, steel, bronze...?

Sculptor: Putty. Soft and pliable in the beginning but becoming hard and brittle when exposed. It possesses no structural integrity and should only be used as a filler.
