So, Mike has not stopped playing the Wii. He is quite skilled at tennis now, and I will NEVER play against him. I am doing things, like preparing for Saturdays big Christmas Dinner here at our house. I have Chex Party mix in the oven now, and I need to clean out the fridge so I can find the stuff I bought to cook. Problem is, with all the snow, the garbage has not been picked up in a while, and wont be until at least Wednesday. Where do I put my garbage? I have found myself making my mothers dishes the last few days, and I have no intention of stopping. On Christmas Day, I made ten pounds of potatoes worth of her Creamy Cheesey Scalloped Potoatoes. I am throwing the ham bone into a pot with green beans and potatoes for dinner tonight. The party mix is something she always made. I miss mom. Mike better not throw his back out, he complains enough. I should secretly video him to share here. I gotta get back to the kitchen, this homemaker stuff is more difficult than going to work. |
