I was to work 10-4 at TL, then 4-6 at MC...I barely made it to MC. I think it was a few minutes after 4, but oh well. TL was fun, 'cept they did not have many people scheduled. It was great working with CR, he cracks me up. He said he might think of going back into the store manager ranks if I could be his assistant. Something worth thinking about one day...nah...Saw TZ, but I had to leave soon after she arrived. Got the TL, and they all left. I was the only manger for a while, and the overnight manager called in sick. I was to ask Felix to stay for it. I ended up staying there until well after 8:00, helping get breaks out, and such. The new girl for the back booth, is combative with guests, and others...she isn't working out, and Felix wanted me to stay to cover that shift until 3am...not happening. Got home and Mike had taco casserole coming out of the oven. His mother much have made everyone in the house wait for the one late person, because he always waits for me. I tell him I waited for you like one pig waits for another when that show is on my foot. He can always reheat it. At my house growing up, if you didn't eat when it was offered, it might now be around next time. Terry, it is cool that you got a blog/journal going! Open the comments section so we can leave a note.
