We had our "Field Consultant" and some cronies from Chicago touring the stores today. "B" was sure to have the place spotless, calling in extra help and running around, telling 5 people to clean one thing. Someone asked me, "Where is "B"?" and my reply was, "She climbed up my ass"...

I was officially in charge during the big visit, and it lasted all of 15 minutes. They made sure to introduce the assistant manager, Lily to everyone in their group, yet the rest of us were mere flys on the wall. That was fine with me, except they stopped their parade in the middle of an integral part of the entire operation. Five suits, two managers, and me one one side, and the kid handing the food out the window on the other side. When I made my presence known, in the middle of the group, as I saw no other way, one of them said, "Well, she looks as if she knows what she is doing, we better move"....Ya think?

Then my supervisor says "Peggy rides a motorcycle to work, She doesn't stop or slow down for much" Then the conversation turned to one of the ladies in the suit group, saying she tried to ride a motorcycle once, but she could not hold the grips. Now that was a statement that I couldn't quite understand. Reaching the levers perhaps, but holding a grip? I tell her my levers are adjusted to my hands...whatever...get out of my way.

A very little boy today (maybe 3) keeps telling his grama he wants "that" on the menu. I finally point to a picture of a dipped cone, and he says, "YES! I want THAT!" Grama happily buys him one, and I make it. When I handed it to him, he would not reach for it. He cries that he does NOT want that one, he wants a red one. ummm...the picture is brown, and this one is brown. We have two types, plain white, or dipped into this color brown. He decides he wants plain white, so I toss the dipped cone, and make him a plain white one, which he really liked, and snatched quickly from my hold. He then informs me, "It is called vanilla" Again, I was brought to tears laughing the second day in a row, from a child.

Alisha tells me that she works at 10:45 tomorrow morning. This will be the latest start time since I started watching Aurelia on Thursdays. I might try to use Wii Fit for the first time. I plan on bringing the baby here after meeting Alisha on her lunch break, so I can watch UW play at 2:30.

I made sweet and sour pork for dinner, we will have homemade pizzas tomorrow night if all goes to plan.
