Had a hard time gettig enough energy to do anything this morning. Watched the past part of UCLA lose...great...another Pac-10 team goes down.

Mike got his bike started, so he suggested we go for a ride. It was after noon by the time we left, and I wanted to be back home to watch UW play at 2:00. We stopped at the bank to deposit his check, then a quick stop to steal some buffalo sauce from work. (4 packets, for my wings later)They were really busy, so we left fast.

Took Seattle Hill Road to the flats and ended up in Everett. It wasn't much of a ride, but he is used to my bike, and I am used to the Jeep at this point. We wanted to try out the helmet communication system I bought Friday. It is called Scala Q2, and worked extremely well. I used the MP3 player on my cell phone, and listened to music while I rode. The speaker system is much better than the one I jerry-rigged into my helmet. It is voice-activated, so he heard me singing a few times. Whatever...it is the way I ride. I could hear him loud and clear. There is a button I can push for him to not be able to hear me, but I didn't really play with it. We went just under 50 miles, and made it home to watch our game.

UW went down 14 points in the first half, but played well in the second....just not well enough to win. Too little, too late...Sad to see a lose like that, but I still enjoy my brackets. Gonzaga won their game, so as my dear friend Jenny once told me, with this tourney, there is your head, and then your heart. When Gonzaga goes down, my heart is done, but I still have my head...

As for "B"...the only news I got today, was that at the end of the FOR, they went over a few things, and she got upset, threw her keys on the table, and said she didn't need this. (I think it may have been more colorful than that) I also heard she has since apologized. I really don't know anything though...I work tomorrow, and doubt highly I will hear anything more. I will just lay low and wait. Perhaps they are coming after me next? naw...I haven't done anything. All I know for sure, is I am starting to like the store that I am at. It would suck for anyone to not have a job these days...even "B"...of course those thoughts didn't go through her head last summer, when she went on her firing rampage, but whatever....can't we all just get along?

I went with Shannon and her friend Megan and had our nails done. Mine are Easter Egg Blue...Now everyone there knows the whole "B" story too...'cept even I don't know the WHOLE story...

Mike and I ended up going to the Roadhouse Grill in South Everett for dinner. Hey, we haven't gone out in a long time. It was yummy...I had ribeye, sweet potato, and beans. He had a rack of ribs, fries, and coleslaw. We watched the Gonzaga game there. I love sports bars for this reason, plus in Washington State, it is illegal to smoke in public buildings. lovely
