Seems I can never be happy with the weather. I read that it is on average colder this year than in the past in this area....duh, I could have told them that. Hey, we have had more than our share of snow, too, in case they need to know. At work, I was not in charge today, the good twin was. She did exactly what "B" said she never does...run for drive-thru while running the floor. I was stuck on a window. Yesterday, it was my floor, and I sent the runner to do something, and I took over running for drive-thru. Within 3 minutes, "B" yelled at me, saying I was not to do that, have someone else do it... The good twin put her own ass there, for the entire lunch period, and "B" doesn't say a thing. So, what I learn is...the good twin can do whatever the hell she wants to, and since "B" despises me so much, I can not do anything without being scolded. It really is enough to make a person want to shoot themselves in the head once in a while. I love that it stays daylight longer in the evenings. I hate that I think it is early, when it is nearly time for bed. By the time I get home, make dinner, and eat...no wonder I am packin' on the pounds. Mike and I both arrived home within 20 minutes of each other. Dinner was a trip to Red Lobster. We may have to eat macaroni for a while, but it was sooo very gooooood. We even split the dessert, not that I can remember the name of it, but it looked like a fresh from the oven chocolate chip muffin thing, with ice cream, and chocolate sauce. yeah...packin' on the pounds... |
