I doubt I was missed too very much, but I am back. This computer was down for nearly a week, it seemed much longer. Thank goodness for my son-in-law! He came over tonight, and messed with it for 2 hours or so. Actually, I realized he was watching an MLS game on it, and he said he got the problem fixed. It was a runaway spyware that attacked us. He was happy, cuz he got to see that game, and he would not have from his own, as I have Verizon, and he has Comcast. I invited him over anytime there is a game he would like to watch, I will scoot over...

So, what was missed in info of my life?
I have been transferred back to my original store, effective July 6. I think perhaps me and the boss not seeing quite eye to eye moved that along, but I really do not know for sure, and I don't care. I am just happy again, we will see for how long. They have promised to not make any moves of anyone after this for a long time. I hope that remains true. There will be many changes with this go round, but I am not up to speed on them, so I won't bother to try to list them. I only care about which direction I will travel...

Speaking of travel, I rode with the ladies again on Saturday. I had a great time, and put nearly 200 miles on. We had a lady that I had never met before join us, and it was great to see a new member. She fit in real well, and I hope to see her again one day. There were six of us, Scout being in the lead position on Layla, the Shadow 600VLX. I followed her, then Donna on her Ninja 500. Josepha on her Beautiful green Triumph 900, Jackie Marie on a big, bad ass Shadow American Classic 1100, and Wanda on her Sexy Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic. We are a powerful lot, a motley crew, and accept all women riders, on any bike.

We had a big family bbq dinner tonight, here at the house. I did up a pretty big spread, with deli platters of fruit, veggies, and brownie bites. I made a pasta pesto salad, and Mike grilled some petite sirloin steaks. Kay and Al came, and brought the fancy rootbeer (Thomas Kemper, YAY!)

I have not worked since Wednesday, and return tomorrow. In that time frame, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, and now Billy Mays have all passed on.

Farrah: Even I thought you were sexy as hell back in the day. Was it really only ONE season of Charlie's Angels? Your face is the first in my mind when I hear mention of that show. You showed great strength and courage during your battle. Rest in peace, with no more pain.

Michael: WTF? I turned my crush on you from Donny Osmond, when you were hot! Then you faded, from Ebony and Ivory to Ivory and Ivory? And the little boys? Neverland? Sorry you missed out on your childhood, but that in no way says it is okay to screw with little boys (literally). Your music rocked, and I have been listening to it lately. No singer will ever have the impact on so many as you. I wish the best for your children.

Billy: Don't think I ever sat through a complete infomercial, nor one episode of the series. I see that I was born on your birthday. For that, I will remember you next month. I always liked folks that share our day.

My thoughts are with the families...It is emotional to lose a loved one.
