WOW! It is HOT! Seattle is going through a major heat wave! We are not accustomed to anything above 80 degrees, and it is nearly triple digits. The only air conditioning around is OPAC. I want to go to work early, and stay late, as that one is working quite well, besides there is a walk-in fridge to take breaks. I wore the coooling vest on the way to work, during work, and on the way home. Hot, hot, hot... I didn't want to make dinner, so we used some leftover fajita meat, and made nachos in the microwave. Alisha called this morning, asking about the pool. I had to call Mike and he said we needed to put the 'stuff' into it, and wait two hours. She said she would just be back tomorrow, when I could join her. I figure we will be in it by noon. She said she would even stay here all day, and go again after Aurelia woke from a nap. Good thinking. |
