Shake it Up a Bit...

The most exciting thing at work today? GUess it would be the fix-it guy that came to repair our fryer. Seems something is always breaking down. We called yesterday and were told they would call us back and let us know when to expect him to come in. We finally called them back today,a nd found we were on todays list. He came in after 4:00 pm. This is a very nice looking man, that comes in quite frequently to make repairs. The same as always, the diagnosis: "It is broke, and I don't have the part I need to fix it." He says he had one in the truck earlier in the day, but he put it into a fryer at a nearby McD's. There is a somewhat slight chance he has another one buried in the debris, but not likey. He will go dig around. A crewmember told him that if he gets it working tonight, she will give him a Big Mac. He laughs at her, says that he will have to drive back to the office (some 30 miles) get the part, and return, and he better get more than a Big Mac for his efforts. I look at TZ, and whisper quietly to her, that I would offer him a bit of, ummmm, how shall I say on this open forum?...uhhh, much friendlier than a crappy ole Big Mac, perhaps a bit more intimate...This gets TZ and I both a bit giggly, and a bit embarassed, and the crew is wondering just what it was that I said. I took off and did a look around the lobby, to make sure things were in order, and to cool off a bit. The guy had no idea what we were doing, he just continued working on the vat. He ended up going back to his shop, and I left for home. I told TZ I would run to the drubstore and get her a condom so she could handle things, since I knew she would not have any on hand.

Now, I get home, and find BB (my boss) standing on the front porch with my husband, and they are both giggly, and she looks at me and asks how was the blow job? Seems TZ sent her a text explaining what I was willing to do for the good of the company to get us up and running at full speed. I clearly mentioned I left that task for TZ to fulfill.

Oh my Cheesus...No wonder I was fired last summer...the otehr boss had NO SENSE of humor at all!

Things went well at work. Still struggling with manager coverage, but I think it will all work out. I said I would work on Saturdays if I had to, but I would like Sunday off instead. That would not start until October, I think. I have a few group rides planned for September. Going to Mt St Helens with the Chromeheads on Sept 12. I look forward to that ride quite a bit, hope the weather is decent.

Mike and I went to "The Crazy Moose Casino" tongiht. We had never been there before, and it is about 6 blocks from our home. Sat in a sports bar, and watched college football, Seahawk football, and Mariner Baseball at the same time. I want to set up two smaller TVs in our living room, and do that without leaving the couch. What would it take? I am paying for FiOS in Caitlyns room now, and there is no tv set up in there. Just move that cable to the living room? Good project for Johns visit here later this month.
