Exercise Done... 1 hr aerobics

I've decided to take some days off here. I know I've got an imbalance of dialog vs. description in my novel, and I need to address that. I also feel I've gone too fast - I mean, the relationship progresses too fast and then has nowhere to go. So there's some back tracking I need to do, probably some filler, deleting some stuff and adding some stuff.

But anyway...I still haven't emailed it off to Jenn, and I promised I would last week...nerves, I guess. So that'll happen soon I expect. I haven't even rewritten, or gone over really, the last six chapters. That is what it is...and that is, written in three weeks. Something to be somewhat proud of, at any rate.

I finally realized it's no use sending off a half-written manuscript, no matter how clean it is. I know there's stuff that needs smoothing out. So I'm just adjusting my schedule to get it out...and that is now the middle of March, sometime. (Vague enough?) After I get feedback, and have time to rewrite.

So. Tomorrow is another day of comfy rest (and printing out the darned thing) before getting back to work on Wednesday. As hubby said, I deserve a weekend (!).
