Christine's New Chapter

Now, I know most of you don't know (or for that matter, care) about the Golden Heart and Rita awards. And that's just peachy. But I've been inundated with news today on both topics, and several friends of mine have finaled, and I'm just so excited for them! It is a stepping stone in their career.

Go here for a full listing. My friend Von is there, and Maggie, both for the Rita awards (published authors). I've got Stacy, and Thieme, and GG, and Jen, and Kelle and Kelley, and Ardath and Kirsten and oh my word too many others to count. There were a thousand entries in the Golden Heart this year (unpublished authors).

I have decided I don't really want to enter the Golden Heart, mainly because I'd rather publish. But we'll see. Maybe this year (if by November I don't have a contract) I'll submit something.

So, cyber champagne for all my friends and acquaintances! I'll be cheering you all on at Reno this summer!

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
