Had a hard time moving yesterday. As in, I couldn't move. Threw my back out during a walk Friday evening. Sheesh. Can't even get into shape without hurting myself. It is so unfair.

So yesterday morning I set up my bed as writing central, and came up with two pretty usable ideas. Then I took a nap. A long, uninterrupted, blissful daytime nap. I haven't had one of those in so long.

Hot tubbed at the nurses' house, came home and hubby and son were back from the soccer day. Hubby came bearing presents from Tienda Ho - one of my most favorite stores in Santa Barbara. Pants, shirts, a skirt and two beautiful shawl type things.

*happy sigh* he treats me well.

Now I'm off to take some more ibuprofen and get into bed. It's idea time. And maybe a nap will sneak up on me, too...
