I think I'm falling back into the writing rhythm. It always takes me awhile after Nationals to get back into it - either I'm over-eager or I've got too much info floating around in my brain.

Vacation helped. Today helped, getting stuff done that needs to be done - stupid errands like going to the DMV, the bank to deposit checks, the mechanic (who can't take the Honda until Thursday). Called the eye doc too, but the computer was down and they said they'd call me back - another thing to strike partway off the list, at any rate.

Had a good natter with Jenn today. We're going to meet this week and I'm so glad! It has been too, too long.

On the drive home on Sunday, for the first hour my hands just ached. I couldn't understand it. Still don't, really. Then, this afternoon, I opened up the popup, swept it out, removed the stuff that needed to be washed or that otherwise lives elsewhere, put stuff in that should live in the popup, etc etc. Finally finished and came in here - sat down, and ooooh. My hands ache. Arthritis, I'm guessing, damn it all anyway.

So I'm mostly done with typing today. Tomorrow my hands won't ache from stupid grunt work. I'll get more done.
