Christine's New Chapter

I started and tossed about six different beginnings of chapter two today, before I gave up all together and opened a different file and continued that story.

A completely different story. First person, which I hate writing in. Mystery, which isn't the genre I'm targeting. And sassy. Well yes, I do sassy pretty well, thank you.

Three single-spaced pages later...interesting stuff, awesome stuff. And absolutely nothing I can use right now because right now, I need to get cracking on this other novel.

I feel a desperate need for a trip to Borders to write. Instead, I'm taking the kids to the beach tomorrow.

Hmmm. A nudge is as good as a wink to a blind man. Eh, what? (Translation: it doesn't matter which location I go to, as long as I go and get away from heat at home. Right?)

Hope springs eternal. I WILL get this puppy done and sent off!

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
