Listening to... hubby playing guitar

I had a pitch this morning for my book. I had two pitches. The girls in crit group hated the first one, loved the second. The husband hated the second one, loved the first.

It took me awhile, but I finally realized - the first one was dramatic, made a damn fine read. The second one was boring, but got in the goal, motivation, etcetera. So the first one satisfied hubby-the-actor, and the second satisfied crit-group-gals.

Now. How do I blend them? Because, you know, basically I'll be ACTING the damn thing...ugh...I think I'll give up now and think about it tomorrow...I leave tomorrow at 10am and I still need to pack.

Life is such an adventure...

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
