Got a "no" from Edinburgh and another from DC Shorts. These are both festivals we entered mere days before their deadlines, which is generally understood to greatly reduce your chances of getting in. (They've already filled most of their slots by then, so there are fewer opportunities right when the number of submissions increases dramatically.)

Interestingly, though, Edinburgh programmed an 83-minute original screen opera called Johanna. (Here's a review.)
