continuing in better wording

Ok, last entry went on and on. I am better. I am at work. I have now read everyone I usually read and everyone seems fine (thank heavens for small favors).

The apartment we hope to get is one that became empty unexpectedly. The renters bought a house. The building managment said that that is the only way the apartment becomes empty. It has 3 closets, a garden room-called that since the floor is not a wood floor and screen doors leading to nowhere open it up, a small kitchen, a huge living room, decent bedroom, decent dining room, and all the window sills are at least 6 inches wide. The bedroom closet is large enough to be my husbands train room and has its own window!! (one of 3 closets) Considering we only have 1 small closet now, this is going great!!!!! We will be able to get a real bed!! An I will be able to have people over. Entertaining will commence!!!!! Unfortunately, we have to wait until the middle of the month to formally know if we have it, but I hope so. Once we have the bed, then we will get a kitten (at least one, although I am hoping for a mother and kitten combo) from a shelter. If I sound a little giddy, I am. We currently are living in 450 sq feet. The new apartment (fingers crossed) is approx. 1100 sq feet. And it has loads of windows, and wood floors and a real foyer. The only fault I see with it is that the bathroom is right by the entry door and it is the only room with out a window. Oh well, can't have everything. If all goes well, we will be moving over the New Year- and will be all moved in by 1/2/10. I am not sure about putting up Christmas decorations this year-part of me wants to, but, we don't have the space to! What is really funny is that we just unpacked the last 2 boxes of books I had out. And got rid of the boxes!!! I will even have a crochet corner and really have all my craft stuff organized. When we go to Illinois in the spring (can't go for Christmas since I got sick) I will be bringing back my rocking chair and my boxes of magazines and books that are in stored there as well as some knick knacks that were my father's. I guess I should stopp rambling now. Talk to you all tomorrow.
