I was tired

The big meeting my boss had yesterday went well, that project is over, my name was mentioned as a resource person and I have been approached already to assist another unit to set their "binder" up. We undergo annual Operational reviews. This usually entails dozens of folders spread all over conference tables, much searching for information, mess, time consuming- you get the idea. Anyway, my manager had the idea of consolidating the information into 1 large binder-they know what is going to be asked for generally. so we did it. And then photocopied it. I came into work an hour early yesterday to make sure it was done well before meeting time. ONly 1 item was not it in, and that was because I wasn't involved in taking the notes for it when it was discussed, because I was on detail out of office last year. Long story short, this will be the way the division will handle these reviews. Good for us, but bad for the other sections.

I got home last night, the steam leak in our bedroom has been fixed, they will be fixing the floor today. Our bedroom should be back to normal by the end of the week. I fell asleep crocheting on the couch at 7. we were in bed by 8, at least I was. My dd texted my husband asking for information regarding her taxes. He had to help her. I fell asleep. I woke up a couple of times when he got up and down, but slept pretty good. I would still be asleep if I could be. But had to come to work. I have meeting today for another special project-this is a celebration that is being held tomorrow.
