Now it's Hubby!

My manager hasn't signed my new leave request yet so hubby is acting like it won't be approved. I am acting like it will be-he had problem with the time I didn't have covered. By coming in for these two days I took care of that. Manager had already signed the leave but put conditions on it that I didn't want to try to meet. I changed the leave so that I wouldn't have to meet those conditions-and I get paid for the entire time. He won't change his mind, but he is playing a waiting game-which he does-very good at it. He is happy with some work that I did Friday and has promised me more of similar work-it is right or I should say Write up my alley! I wish hubby would calm down.

As far as the boss's behavior, he is a short timer. Will be retiring this year. It is his idea that I am a problem employee since I have health issues. I 'came with a history and he gave me a chance and it didn't change'. Uh, health is health. I did not do anything to make it worse. I have done what I could to make it better!!!! Sometimes I wonder if he is all right in the head. I only have 5 years left (to retire) and he is not going to drive me out-no one is.
