Hack, hack, hack... I am back

Don't get the flu this year-it is the pits!. One course of antibiotics down-it was hitting my lungs and asthma pretty hard, and I am still coughing-though nothing is moving. At least the fever is gone, now, if only the headach would stay away....

Hi, everybody. I am feeling so much better-still not 100%, but better. Lots of egg drop soup, lost more weight, and traded germs with hubby. (he had it too-we don't know who gave it to whom, but he was home sick first!)

Good thing came of it-I am almost done knitting a scarf. Dh went to get my doctor's note and stopped at Borders. bought me $75 worth of knitting magazines-one had free yarn and needles and a pattern for the same making a scarf. It is pretty and a simple pattern. It is a British mag-they all were except for a book he got for $1.
