Now my insides are acting up. I need to track and see it they are related. I am at work, but feel nauseaus. But I AM HERE! I have doctor's note. I need to get it to appropriate personnel. wil make the phone calls today. Then I went to send out the staff notes that I transcribed on Monday, and they have disappeared so lots of typing to do.
