Sorry

I hate it when I get caught up in drama that is not of my own making, and DH had me just on enough edge this morning that everything was a little bit off. Nothing major, but just enough. I have to watch that now.

Talked to my manager. She has not been advised to write a dismissal letter. If higher up really wanted me gone, that letter would be written or in process now. So, even though there is someone that will be detailed in, I will 'use' her to help me with projects that work better with two people-i.e. supply room inventory, toner inventory, clear out of cabinets to move toner, desk coverage, meeting coverage-when I have to be in two places at one time it is difficult. And then when I asked my manager if higher up read the memo I typed regarding my plan to avoid calling out sick, she said that the higher up was not interested in it. Manager said that in this case my actions would show more than words. I have not called off in two weeks. I had a minor bout yesterday and still worked. (It started at work). I let my manager know, since I had to go to the health office, but I still did my work. And I will work tomorrow.

Not much more that I can do. They can fire me, but if I can show that my unexpected leave useage is decreasing, then I can fight it. And I will.
