SLEEP

Can I go back to sleep? Please? Just for a few hours?

Yesterday morning I woke up at 3:15 AM and could not fall back to sleep. At 4, I gave up and got up.

Last night, climbed into bed at the normal time. DH said that 2 hours later he had to move me off his arm (it was falling asleep). The his alarm went off, my music started, he finally shook me awake at 5. I still didn't want to wake up. I was sleeping good!! Of course I got up and am here, but why can't I sleep a couple more hours? (I know, I have to work)

Follow up to yesterday: my leave was approved. My manager didn't know FMLA rules could apply to personal illness. He doesn't have my file yet, but spoke to my old manager and confirmed that paperwork is in my file. I advised him that it is my objective not to use unplanned leave between now and December. (Hey have to set some type of goal!) FMLA gives me 240 advance sice per year. I have not used any this year. I am still paying back from last year. I do not want to add any more on. If we weren't going to IL in August I would not have used FMLA, but we have to go back.

DH & I got on scale last night. GULP. Numbers say weight is going back up. Clothes in smaller size still fit-but numbers don't lie. Weight is coming back on, I thought so-time to change that. Told DH its time to change eating to protein/vegetable mix again.

We have been watching season 7 of SG-1. Last night I asked DH to take an hour break from it and worked on his sweater. I am now on the main body. It is now just a matter of going round and round following the patterns. The front and back have one set of patterns and the underarms a different. The worse thing is that when I am on row 1 of the underarm, I am on row 2 of the front/back. Two different markers. And two different sets of charts. I do think that once I get into the flow of it, it will go fine. The cat seems to think it is for her to lie on though!
