What is up with this?

Tired, literaly. I went to bed an hour early. Slept well-even remember some dreams.

I had one that was weird-combined me returning to the Army, yet still working where I am now. But my office is being remodeled-reshaping cubicles at the same time. And I am in both places at one time. Things are piled up in corners. A group of us are talking and someone tells my manager congradulations. I ask what for. They say for getting rid of "employee that can't be trusted" who is the coworker from heck. She is going to the area that compiles the training courses for our agency. Unknown to us, she is under some clothes that are piled in a corner and hears all of this. She goes off running and is crying.

Made me realize how often we talk about someone and don't put ourselves in that persons shoes. I am not talking about those persons that are hurting us. I am talking about those people we may work with or see every day that have a reputation of 'being difficult'. Those people that we say 'oh you know so and so' he's always that way. Or, "she always says that!" And yet we don't know why and we don't take the time to find out why they have that flaw. We don't find out about the person. Or at the minimum, we don't try not to hurt. We don't try to watch our words before they leave our mouth. A lesson to learn for me perhaps?
