Changes

My DD had a job interview on Tuesday. Yesterday she heard that she got the job. She is ecstatic. She has been working in collections for the past 10 years and is tired of it. The best part is that she gets to stay in her current job long enough to get her bonus. If she gives notice-she gets let go and they will not give her the bonus check, so she is not letting them know until the day she leaves. She starts her new job on 9/19. She will be a store manager at a pay day loan/car loan place. She has done this before. She has been a store manager before, she has trained employees, she follows the rules and she wants to move ahead. The only downer is her hours. She will get off work at 7 at night except for one week night. She has already told her husband that Sunday's will be family time since that will be the only real meal time that they will get to eat together. She will get to see her daughter every morning and every night. And now that DGD is older, that is important too! I can see many breakfasts together for the two of them.

But now it is time for her to have a wardrobe change! Her current work environment has been business casual. She is going into Business Dress. Good thing for the internet and the fact that we have Lane Bryant and Catherine's cards with room on them-and we can afford it. Yes we are helping her out-and this will be Birthday gift. (9/17 is her birthday)
