It's a Friday!

It's a Friday and I am sitting at the desk of the secretary two levels above mine. Normal rotation, and I volunteered to take the whole day. It is a pain to do half day shifts. Unfortunately, my body wants to go to sleep!! I am using the condensation from my bottle of water to wake my eyes up, it is nice and cold, so it helps.

Our time for the MC appointment was moved up an hour last night, so we actually got to bed at the normal time. It's just that I need more sleep. Good thing that tomorrow is Saturday.

The plan for tomorrow is to do laundry-mainly B, but with help from me, and then, move the found dresser into the bedroom. I don't remember if I wrote about this.

The Sunday before I went into the hospital the last time, B went into the 'toss away' room and someone had left a gorgeous dresser with mirror there. Apparently they had moved in and couldn't fit the piece in, since it was still wrapped in plastic to hold the drawers in. We need to rearrange our bedroom a little to fit this in, but it will work. And for the first time since September 2007, my husband and I will have enough storage for our clothes. And I will Have a place for my jewlery box and tree and he will have his own spot. HurraH!

As I said yesterday, my paperwork is turned in to my manager. I may end up working a little longer than 11/10, but that won't be too bad. I need to work 45 days after personnel get the retirement notification from management. And there is a lot going on at work this week, my manager is in training today so next week is when he will get to it.

Life goes on. It is so quiet in here. Too quiet, I can fall asleep too easily, but I won't, I hope. Let's make some noise people!
