Cussedness

Since Nikky is continuing to dance with me, I thought perhaps I would mention that he says I'm dissing the writers at fictionpress.com. I think that he's hallucinating again. I never said anything about them per se. I've addressed my comments directly about him.

It isn't a diss to point out that publishing in a non-paying ezine such as fictionpress.com or author's den makes that story a reprint and therefore not saleable to other markets, the professional markets that pay money.

But then Nikky is a hobbiest, not a pro and so that's no problem for him to post there. I did lose my temper, which is rare because I find him amusing. I told him that if he showed up at my doorstep I would cut his cock off with a pair of scissors and call it a botched circumcision. Everyone loses their temper once in awhile, especially when the squalling child is as tempermental as Nikky.

It is not dissing to point out the truth of something. It is merely a matter of putting something on the public record. That is why I never email Nikky back. I post it and reply there.
