Although I have tried very hard to write each book in such a way as to make them each stand alone, some people are finding that starting in the middle is difficult. While I am working on a comprehensive lexicon, I have produced a series of smaller individual lexicon for each volume. The lexicons for volumes 1 through 3 are available. I should have the one for volume four finished presently. Feel free to email me and I'll send you whichever of them you wish.
